What is Top Dressing?

Top dressing a lawn involves applying a thin layer of compost over the grass. This process helps improve the soil quality, level the surface, and enhance grass growth.

The composition includes the application of compost, which adds organic matter and nutrients to improve soil fertility.

  • Retains moisture more efficiently:  the application of compost will support the retention of water in the soil.
